Superhero Agency was created by a group of cosplayers who desired to fill the void of what was currently not being offered to the public — high-quality, top-tier, live-action versions of the most popular characters from movies, television, cartoons, and comic books.

Our services don't stop at superheroes though. We are renowned for our wide range of other character and artistic performers. From princesses and mermaids to mascots and holiday staples, we offer characters from all your favorite TV shows, movies, and cartoons.     Yes. All performers are 18 or older and go through a thorough vetting process before joining our team. The safety of your guests is our top priority.

    Yes! We perform at both indoor and outdoor events. For outdoor bookings, please have a shaded area available. We will coordinate with you if weather is a concern.
    Absolutely. Our performers always highlight the birthday child as a special guest. We read comfort levels and never put a shy child on the spot.
    Once a date is booked, we turn away other clients for that time slot. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    By booking or using the services of Superhero Agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

    1. Bookings & Confirmations

    All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Superhero Agency. Submitting a booking request form does not guarantee a reservation.

    2. Payments

    Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Superhero Agency does not store credit card information. Full payment or a deposit may be required at time of booking. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due prior to the event date.

    3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Once a date is confirmed, Superhero Agency turns away other clients for that time slot. Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling based on performer availability.

    4. Performer Conduct

    All Superhero Agency performers are independent contractors. Superhero Agency is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from a performance. Performers reserve the right to leave an event if they feel unsafe or are subjected to abusive behavior.

    5. Liability

    Superhero Agency is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or dissatisfaction arising from events. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of the event venue and guests.

    6. Photography & Media

    By booking with Superhero Agency, you grant permission for photos or videos taken at your event to be used for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
